Ring frame department is equipped with latest technological machinery from LMV.

1) 3 over 3 double apran drafting system.
2) Spindle wharve dia 18.5mm to achieve spindle speed up to 22000.
3) Drafting P31 & cradle type R2P36 which is more suitable for f cotton .
4) PLC control system which controls spindle speed & twist variation.
5) Delay drafting system to avoid start up breakage.
6) Dual drive system for initial torque to bottom roll, that ensures nil peak effect.
7) Very easy to switch over from Z twist to S twist by simple setting of limit switches.
8) Modified suction tube to provide better suction pressure at gear end too.
9) All machines are equipped with latest over head traveling clearer
